You even get an app so you can switch between in-studio and livestream, depending upon your needs. The Yoga Center was established in 1992 and is the oldest and largest yoga studio in the Washington, DC metro area. We serve Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC and of course anywhere with a schedule that fits Eastern Time (GMT-5/-4).
