Pilates
Strengthen and Stretch for Total Well-Being
Enhance your strength and flexibility with Pilates, targeting your back, glutes, abs, pelvic floor, shoulders, and hips. Finish each session with gentle stretching to feel rejuvenated and strong.
Benefits: Pilates enhances strength, mobility, and flexibility, with exercises similar to physical therapy. Local physical therapists often recommend Samira’s classes due to their proven results, including improved posture, increased bone density, reduced back pain, fixed diastasis rectii, organ prolapse, sciatica, and more.
Class Structure: 60 minutes – 45 minutes of strengthening and 15 minutes of stretching.

What You Need:
In-Studio: Bring your own mat and props, or borrow ours.
Online: A mat, yoga strap, and blanket for Pilates 1; additional props like ankle weights, hand weights and resistance bands for advanced levels.

Class Structure: 60 minutes – 15 minutes of strengthening and 45 minutes of stretching.
