11-Minute Gentle Stretching on the Ball

The stability ball is a great tool for adding extra stability challenge to exercises, helping us with our core strength and joint stability. It ALSO can help us stretch is some really nice ways. Try a few here.
You want your ball to be well inflated, and when you sit on your ball, you want approximately a 90 degree bend at both your hips and your knees. As a helpful guide, I am (almost!) 5’5” in height and I use a 55cm ball, which is usually a medium size. All brands are a little bit different.
Always listen to your body. Take a breath, relax your shoulders, and let’s stretch.
